i have this theory that,when some conflict or dispute happen between me and my fellow co-workers,OR,whoever that is close to me,would happen because the sole problem lies with me. and now,from another person's perspective, i m-i-g-h-t be wrong. our company have this policy that crew members have a chance to rest a day in a week of course not that we get paid for off days we get what we worked and mine is tomorrow. yes you heard me. |
